Through this, we have identified areas for enhancement, and from these findings, we are generating an actionable list that prioritizes risks and aligns with a comprehensive, goal-oriented strategy.

Quality-Management Data Backup: KMC is in the process of creating a robust Quality-Management Data Backup system. This innovation ensures that each Lifecycle Cost Calculation (LCC) Build adheres to a standardized approach, resulting in consistently positive outcomes that can be repeated and relied upon.

Enhanced Customer Interaction: As part of our commitment to transparency and comprehensive service, we are introducing a Customer Closeout Report after each project. This report captures all pertinent information, electronically and in hard copies, fostering a seamless and efficient knowledge repository.

ISO Certification Readiness: KMC is diligently preparing for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certifications. We are actively conducting internal audits in line with our structured internal program, ensuring that every facet of our operations aligns with these esteemed standards.

Integrated (SHEQ) Management System: Our vision includes the implementation of a robust Integrated (SHEQ) Management System and Plan, meticulously designed around ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018. This holistic approach will serve as a cornerstone for our operational excellence.
